1) Only members who have paid the full amount of their membership fee for the year 2015 by March 31, 2015 will benefit from the reduced "Member" registration fee.
2) anaesthesiologists in training are required to send a copy of their degree certificate to EACTA
3) includes attendance to Annual Congress on Wednesday/Thursday and to Trainee Course on Friday
4) includes attendance to the Trainee Course on Friday - excludes attendance of Annual Congress on Wednesday and Thursday; please send a copy of your trainee certificate to EACTA
5) can only be purchased as an add-on to the registration to the Annual Congress; please note that the maximum number of participants per workshop is limited to 50 people

Payment

  • If the full amount of your reduced registration fee has not been received by April 30, 2015, the advanced registration fee will automatically become effective.
  • If the full amount of your advanced registration fee has not been received by June 4, 2015, the late registration fee will automatically become effective.

Bank Transfer Charges

All bank charges for the transfer service must be paid by the participant.

Late Payment

Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt/bank statement.
Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted.

Lost / Forgotten Name Badges

A deposit charge for reprints will be requested for lost or forgotten name badges and will be refunded upon subsequent presentation of both badges (original and reprint).

Name Changes

Please note that name changes will not be accepted

Terms of Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified in writing to EACTA (). In the event of cancellation before April 30, 2015 EACTA will refund your registration fee minus a 50% charge for administrative proceedings. Please do not expect this kind of financial settlement until after the congress. After April 30, 2015 cancellations will not be possible
