Visa Control

Like most countries, Turkey has different entry requirements depending on your country of origin.Should you require a visa, please visit the visa desk in arrivals.

Passport Control

You will need a valid passport and/or entry visa for Turkey to be produced at the passport control counter.

Baggage Claim

After you pass through passport control you will arrive in the Arrivals Hall. You can check which carousel your baggage is on by consulting the electronic display above each carousel.

Customs Control

Proceeding through customs control depends on what you have to declare. If you have something to declare, you will need to go to the customs desk on the left of the exit door.

Welcome Desk & Transfers

After completing customs control passengers are welcomed by their tour operators at the Welcome Desk. There shuttle buses are ready to take you to your final holiday destination. Passengers travelling individually have a choice of travelling to their final destination by taxi, bus or they can hire a car.
