Welcome

Dear Valued Sponsor, Exhibitor and Advertiser,

May I kindly invite you to the 25th Annual meeting of the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologists (EACTA) that will be held in Edinburgh from Wednesday 9th until Friday 11th June 2010. The venue for the meeting is the prestigious Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) located in the centre of the Scottish capital. The meeting will attract anaesthetists who specialise in providing anaesthesia, critical care and pain relief for patients undergoing cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery from all over Europe and beyond. Although the great majority of delegates will be anaesthetist, the meeting also attracts nurses and perfusionists.

The UK based Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthetists (ACTA) has cancelled their Spring Meeting which is usually held at this time of year so that their members may attend EACTA's Annual Meeting and there will also be two satellite meetings on the day prior to the start of EACTA 2010 when ACTA will hold its Annual ECHO meeting and the AAGBI will hold a Seminar on thoracic anaesthesia.

This will be a unique opportunity to gain access to such a large group of these specialists, we anticipate approximately 500 delegates will attend, and inform them of exciting advances in your area of commerce. It will also be a great opportunity for you to provide educational support for cardiothoracic and vascular anaesthetists.

Our Exhibition & Sponsorship Prospectus is available to download » Exhibition & Sponsorship Prospectus or can be emailed to you by our Meeting Managers, MCI Dublin.

I look forward to meeting you all in Edinburgh at EACTA’s Annual Meeting from June 9-11th 2010.
