* EACTA Hands-on training offers a combination of pre-course e-learning and hands-on training.
Both are included in the fee. License codes for the e-learning will be sent by EACTA at least six weeks in advance
Registration is open for both parts of EACTA Hands-on training on Monday as well as Tuesday
(max. number of participants is 50 per day).
Please note: as EACTA is a non-profit organisation registered in Austria (ZVR: 024611723) no VAT is applicable.
Payment
- In general, payments have to be wired within 10 working days after registering in order to guarantee your participation.
- If the full amount of the normal registration fee has not been received by September 1, 2015, the advanced registration fee will automatically become effective.
- Registration fees are to be paid in € (Euro)

Bank Transfer Charges
All bank charges for the transfer service must be paid by the participant.
Late Payment
Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the EACTA account when the course starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt/bank statement.
Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted.
Name Changes
Please note that name changes will not be accepted
Terms of Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified in writing to EACTA (). In the event of cancellation between August 1 and August 31, 2015 EACTA will refund your registration fee minus a 75% charge for administrative proceedings. Please do not expect this kind of financial settlements until after the congress. Please note that after August 31, 2015 cancellations will not be possible.
