All participants who wish to attend the Scientific Sessions, Accompanying Persons' Program and Social Events are required to register. Advance registration is preferred and will help avoid delays.

Accommodation bookings for the conference hotels, The Holiday Inn, The NH Hotel and the The Novotel may be made on the Registration page. A credit card guarantee is obligatory in order to secure the reservation.

Student Registration Rates

Students are required to send a letter from their department head on official headed paper to the Conference Secretariat before the conference. Students are also required to show a student ID when registering at the Conference in Amsterdam.

Please note that this reduced rate is only available to a limited number of students.

Student day registration rate - Thursday €100
