Registration & Fees Registration All participants who wish to attend the Scientific Sessions, Accompanying Persons’ programme and Social Events are required to register for the meeting. Advanced registration is preferred and will help avoid delays during the meeting itself. In order to secure the best balance between availability of accommodation, facilities, airport transfer and costs EACTA has financial guarantied a certain number of hotel rooms. The accommodation is an all inclusive option and includes airport to hotel transfer, which are the reason for a higher registration fee if the participants choose to use alternative accommodations. Please observe that the registration fees below are if accommodation is reserved together with registration for the meeting. If you choose without accommodation all registration fees will be 75 € higher.
