I am an EACTA member - how can I register?
In order to register please log in to your vEACTA area and click on "vRegistration". Check/correct your data and proceed as suggested by the system. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by yourself as the participant.

I am an NOT an EACTA member - how can I register?
In order to register please click here - click on the button "Create account and start registration now". Please enter your details and proceed as suggested by the system. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by yourself as the participant.

I am an EACTA member, but only the non-member fee is displayed when registering - what can I do?
Please note, that only members who have paid their dues until March 31, 2015 are entitled to the reduced member registration fee. In order to balance your dues click on the section "n "vMembership" and proceed as suggested by the system. If your payment is received by April 3, 2015 you will be entitled to the reduced registration fee.

I would like to become an EACTA member and benefit from the reduced fee - what do I have to do?
In order to start your EACTA membership please click here - after your membership process has been finalized (=payment has been received) you can register as member via your vEACTA area. If you you become a new member after March 31, 2015 please contact the EACTA Executive Office in order to be granted the reduced member fee.

How can I cancel my registration?
Cancellations need to be declared in writing to EACTA. Please note the applicable cancellation terms as outlined here.

Which costs occur in event of cancellation?
In the event of cancellation before April 30, 2015 EACTA will refund your registration fee minus a 50% charge for administrative proceedings. Please do not expect this kind of financial settlement until after the congress. After April 30, 2015 cancellations will not be possible.
